THE HONORARY PATRIOT AWARD NOMINATION

The SHS 9/11 Committee is pleased to announce that on July 1, 2008 it will host its Sixth Annual Patriot Award Dinner at The Woodbury Country Club, Woodbury, NY. At this dinner five Seaford High School graduates from the Class of 2008 will receive the Patriot Award. In addition, the SHS 9/11 Committee would like to present HONORARY PATRIOT AWARDS to deserving adults. Members of the Seaford Community and/or Seaford Schools, and previous Honorary Patriot Award recipients are eligible to submit nominations. If you would like to nominate a deserving adult who fulfills the criteria for this award please complete the form below.

The Honorary Patriot Award Criteria:

• The Honorary Patriot Award recipient can be an individual who is representative of the spirit and lives of our five alumni who were lost on September 11, 2001.

Thomas Haskell ’82, Timothy Haskell ’85, John Perry ’82, Robert Sliwak ’77, Michael Wittenstein ‘85

• The Honorary Patriot Award recipient can be an individual who has made significant contributions to the Seaford Community or Schools.

• The Honorary Patriot Award recipient can be an individual who is a Seaford graduate who has gained distinction.

• The Honorary Patriot Award recipient can be an individual who has made significant contributions to society.

• The Honorary Patriot Award recipient can be a former Patriot Award winner who has gained distinction.
