The 9/11 Seaford High School Memorial Committee
was established to raise funds

for an outdoor memorial and five Patriot Awards
to be given each year at graduation

to honor the five Seaford alumni who perished
in the World Trade Center

on September 11, 2001.

The memorial is erected on the grounds of
Seaford High School to the left of the

main entrance. It is a year-round
contemplative garden and teaching plaza, which

memorializes the five Seaford students. The
paving brinks at this memorial are being

sold to interested individuals who would like
to preserve memories forever in a stone
-
walkway leading to the memorial.
